Mindful Mondays

9:30am - 10:30am ET, (1 hr)
Start your week with intention and presence.  Through mindful meditation and journaling with self-inquiry prompts, we explore simple practices for cultivating calm and clarity in everyday life.

Tuesday Mindfulness, Tea & Coffee Breaks
1 - 2pm ET, (1 hr)

Enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or your favorite drink and take a mindful break together.  Let’s explore how to bring mindfulness into everyday life. We’ll begin with a short meditation and talk on topics like parenting, relationships, and everyday challenges, followed by open, heart-centered conversation.

Tuesday Introduction to Mindfulness 4-Week Workshop Series, Part 1
7 - 8:15pm ET, (1 hr)

This 4-week workshop series is designed for beginners and for those looking to refresh or deepen their mindfulness and meditation practice.  Each session begins with a brief guided meditation, followed by a short teaching on foundational mindfulness principles. Participants will explore self-inquiry prompts, personal reflections, experiential mindfulness practices, mindful movement, and group discussions. Sessions also include time for questions and shared insights in a supportive, open environment.

This series is recommended as a starting point before joining the 4-week Tuesday Introduction to Mindfulness, Part 2 workshop.

 

Wednesday Mindfulness & Meditation Drop-In’s
1 - 1:30pm ET,  (30 min)

Listen to a brief self-inquiry question, practice a short meditation, and as time allows, engage in Q&A discussions about mindfulness and meditation practice. 

 

Thursday Art & Mindfulness 4-Week Course
Creative Mindfulness: A Journey Into Presence, Expression & Self-Discovery
1 - 2:30pm ET,  (1.5 hr)

This 4-week art journaling course offers an introduction to creativity through the lens of mindfulness. Each class begins with a 10–15 minute guided meditation, followed by a short presentation on creativity and mindfulness, gentle prompts for self-inquiry and reflection, guided art-making with mindful techniques, open time for personal creative exploration, and group discussion. Focus is on the creative process of art-making, rather than perfecting specific art techniques.  No prior art or mindfulness experience is needed—everyone is welcome.

 

This is an ongoing course and you’re invited to continue with additional sessions to deepen your creative mindfulness practice and explore further.  For questions or to sign up, feel free to contact me here.

Friday Silent Sits
2:30 - 3pm ET, (30 minutes)

Silent meditation. A quiet, open space to sit and practice in silence with community.
