Introduction to Mindfulness 4-Week Workshop Series, Part 1 & 2
$150 per 4-week series
This 4-week workshop series is designed for beginners and for those looking to refresh or deepen their mindfulness and meditation practice. Each session begins with a brief guided meditation, followed by a short teaching on foundational mindfulness principles. Participants will explore self-inquiry prompts, personal reflections, experiential mindfulness practices, mindful movement, and group discussions. Sessions also include time for questions and shared insights in a supportive, open environment.

This series is recommended to be taken as a two part Intro to Mindfulness series. Intro to Mindfulness, Part 1 is suggested as a starting point before joining the 4-week Tuesday Introduction to Mindfulness, Part 2 workshop to deepen your understanding and practices. Creative Mindfulness: A Journey Into Presence, Expression & Self-Discovery
4-Week Course
$150 per 4-week series
This 4-week art journaling course offers an introduction to creativity through the lens of mindfulness. Each class begins with a 10–15 minute guided meditation, followed by a short presentation on creativity and mindfulness, gentle prompts for self-inquiry and reflection, guided art-making with mindful techniques, open time for personal creative exploration, and group discussion. No prior art or mindfulness experience is needed—everyone is welcome.

Mindful Moments Membership
$60 per month
The Mindful Moments Membership invites you into weekly practices of presence, reflection, and creative expression. Each month includes*:

One weekly journaling class (4 sessions per month) to explore creativity and self-discovery through guided prompts.

Two weekly drop-in meditation sessions (8 sessions per month) to nurture calm, focus, and balance in daily life.
This membership is designed to support your ongoing practice—whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening it—within a welcoming circle of mindfulness and creativity.​​

Mindfulness & Creativity For Kids Classes
$20 per class · 1 hr. each
Children naturally thrive when given space to slow down, explore, and express themselves. These mindfulness and creativity classes for kids introduce simple practices—like breathing, guided movement, and art journaling—that help them build calm, focus, and self-awareness.

Through playful activities and creative expression, kids learn tools they can carry into school, friendships, and everyday life.

Classes are available virtually or in person (limited space available for in person).
